Hello! I'm Elaine …a Clinical Herbalist, Iridologist, detox specialist, traditional food lover & fermentation revivalist dedicated to helping individuals use traditional food as medicine to heal at the root cause.  

My mission is to help others ignite the natural healing process that our body already has to wake-up & 

feel alive again!

I am the founder of The Herbal Mama (2010), a small business that offers traditional foods education classes, Herbalist blended remedies and am an Alberta Farmers' Market vendor (since 2016).

My handcrafted fermented goods + herbal blends are made available at the Ottewell Artisan Community Farmers' Market, located at the Ottewell Community Hall. I also have products available at other Edmonton shops, listed below.
