The Herbal Mama Health Fair
Dear valued vendor and/or health practitioner,
The Herbal Mama Health Fair is a health and wellness event designed to give guests the chance to sample a variety of unconventional healing modalities at discounted rates.
Our vision is to provide a space where people can discover new ways to heal that may be outside of what they already know.
Guests are invited to meet local vendors, health practitioners, and community members and experience a variety of wellness treatments to find out which ones truly resonate for them.
As a vendor and/or a health practitioner, we value your services and would like to invite you to be a part of this unique health and wellness event.

Place: Gold Bar Community Hall (4620-105 Avenue NW in Edmonton)
Time: 10 am to 6 pm
Cost: $30/Table (1 vendor/health practitioner per table)

Schedule
Doors: 9:30 am
Ten-Minute Talks: 10 am to 12 pm
Health Fair: 12 pm to 6 pm
The Herbal Mama Health Fair will welcome guests at 9:30 am with an elixir bar serving health-conscious snacks and beverages. The bar will remain open for the duration of the event. Please note, meals will not be available for purchase at the fair.
At 10 am, guests can attend Ten-Minute Talks where health practitioners and vendors will give an overview of what they are offering at the fair.
Giving a Ten-Minute Talk is completely optional, but highly recommended as it may help you:

The idea of The Herbal Mama Health Fair is to give guests sample sessions of different health and wellness therapies at discounted rates.
Sessions should be a maximum of 30 minutes in duration and offered at a special price. You are welcome to set your own session time and fee.
You are also welcome to create your own schedule, accepting as many clients as you wish throughout the day.
Set up times will be available on Friday, March 7th, 2025 and on Saturday, March 8th, 2025.
Clean up will take place immediately after the fair. Specific times will be shared soon.
Important things to note...
Tables, chairs, and magnet strips for décor will be provided. No pins, tacks, or tape are permitted on the walls.
If you require specific equipment such as a massage table or chair, please supply your own. Any special requests can be indicated on the application form.
The Herbal Mama Health Fair will cover insurance liability for all vendors and health practitioners at the event.
You are welcome to invite existing clients, friends, and family to the fair.
Please note, there will be a $5 entry fee with registration for all guests.
This is an 18 + private ticketed event (no minors).
Please submit your application for The Herbal Mama Health Fair by Friday, January 10th, 2025.
