Hello! I'm Elaine …a Clinical Herbalist, Iridologist, detox specialist, traditional food lover & fermentation revivalist dedicated to helping individuals use traditional food as medicine to heal at the root cause.
My mission is to help others ignite the natural healing process that our body already has to wake-up &
feel alive again!

I am the founder of The Herbal Mama (2010), a small business that offers traditional foods education classes, Herbalist blended remedies and am an Alberta Farmers' Market vendor (since 2016).
My handcrafted fermented goods + herbal blends are made available at private events. I also have products available by pick up or delivery in YEG, email contact me below, please.
