Ten-Minute Talks, Meet and Greet, and Sound Bath

Learn about vendors and health practitioners and the products and services they offer.

Meet health practitioners and book your sessions with them for the Health & Wellness Fair the following day.

Wind down your evening with a one-hour healing Sound Bath led by Raina Diaz.

Rest and recalibrate to the healing sounds and frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes and tuning forks.

Meet and Greet: 8 pm to 8:30 pm (free entry)
Sound Bath: 9 pm to 10 pm 

Tickets for the Sound Bath can be purchased in advance

or at the door for $30 each.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, water,

and anything else to make

yourself comfortable.
